PWP Headquarters and Production Facility Scheduled to Move

VERNON, Ca. -- June, 2002 -- We are pleased to announce that PWP Industries is relocating to a substantially larger production facility in Vernon, California. Our headquarters personnel will be serving you from the new location effective Monday June 17. The new state-of-the art plant will provide us with significantly more capacity. This will ensure that we will continue to meet our customers needs promptly and with the highest quality. To create a seamless transition to the new facility, production teams will be moved in stages over several weeks. We are installing and bringing into full operation new production equipment in Vernon well before the existing equipment is moved from Buena Park. This step-by-step transfer, along with the redundancy of operations and ample additional inventories, means that all delivery schedules will be totally unaffected by the move.
