PWP Industries Provides Support for Hurricane Katrina Efforts

VERNON, Ca. -- Sept. 8, 2005 -- We have all been witness to the horrible devastation brought on by Hurricane Katrina to our fellow citizens in Louisiana Delta Regions. Our hearts and prayers go out to all who are suffering from what may well be the largest natural disaster in America’s history.

In an effort to meet the escalating needs of our fellow Americans in the disaster area, PWP Industries, on behalf of all its employees, will be donating $10,000 to the Bush – Clinton Katrina Fund for relief efforts.

The adverse economic impact brought on by Katrina is now reaching much of the nation, including PWP, though certainly nothing of the magnitude being felt by those who were in the direct path of the storm.

Americans are traditionally creative and determined to overcome obstacles, whether from natural disasters or from other means. We are resourceful and caring people and we will no doubt successfully meet these challenges brought to us by Hurricane Katrina. By working together, I am confident that our PWP family will find ways to help fellow Americans and our company successfully navigate these difficult circumstances.

I know each of you will join me in keeping those less fortunate in our thoughts and prayers and in taking whatever actions we can to assist in their recovery.

Respectfully,
Ira Maroofian
President
